用Bosuball的暖身運動

(因為健身房有人所以無法用口述的,不過這個運動動作都很簡單所以就放影片配上文字。有問題再問我吧)

1. 把雙手放在bosuball兩側,撐住平板式。然後做登山者30秒。
2. 接下來雙腳往bosuball的方向跳同時雙手拿起bosuball蹲成一個深蹲。
3. 停在深蹲的姿勢,把bosuball往天上檯,在往左側右側移動。最後回到一開始的姿勢

整個運動做2-3分鐘

Bosuball Warm Up

1. Both hands on the edge of bosuball, hold a plank, mountain climbers for 30 secs.
2. Both feet jump forward towards to the bosuabll at the same time lift up baseball hold in a squat position.
3. Hold squat position, lift up baseball towards to ceiling then right and left

Do this 2-3mins
